Disney Cruise Line for Babies and Toddlers

A Disney Cruise is the perfect vacation for the whole family! We’re sure you’ve wondered if it is right for your family, though. What is there to do on board? Are there activities for adults? Or thought that you don’t want to take your little ones until they’re old enough to remember it. Take it from us that it is the best choice for a vacation, at least for us. Christian talks about our last cruise all the time! He’s almost three and he has been on three cruises and has loved his time on all three of them. He can’t stop talking about our next cruise, too! Trust us, as long as your little one is old enough to sail* they’ll love their Disney Cruise.

Today we have for you Disney Cruise Line for Babies and Toddlers!

Splash Zone – If your little one(s) are anything like ours then you’ll most likely be sending a fair amount of time at the splash zones. Each ship has a splash zone for little ones to splash and play! Little sailors in swim diapers can enjoy these areas as well. There is also a splash area on Castaway Cay.

AquaLab (Magic, Wonder and Fantasy) – Guests of all ages, and not just toddlers will enjoy this grown-up sized splash area.

Pools – There are little pools and big pools for little ones to enjoy, as long as they are potty-trained that is.

Funnel Vision – The whole family can gather near the family pool for movies throughout the day on the giant screen, too.

Nursery – It’s a Small World Nursey is available on all four ships for guests ages 6 months through 3 years for an additional fee.

Oceaneer Club – The Oceaneer Club is available on all four ships. This youth clubs for little ones ages 3-12 years old offers opportunities for fun and friendship!

Oceaneer Lab - The Oceaneer Lab is available on all four ships. This youth clubs for little ones ages 3-12 years old offers opportunities for fun and friendship!

Character Meets – Characters can be found throughout the ship and Castaway Cay throughout the day for meet and greets. Character schedules can be found in each day’s Personal Navigator as well as the monitors in the lobby.

Character Breakfast – Character Breakfasts are available on select sailings. These are special ticket events that require advance reservations, but are included your cruise! Reservations can be made when booking your activities online after your final payment has been made.

Scuttles Cove – Kid’s ages 3-12 can enjoy the sand and water play at this youth club on Disney’s Castaway Cay!

Ice Cream – What kid, or adult for that matter, doesn’t enjoy ice cream! If you or your kids are looking for a cool midday or evening treat the pool deck has just what you’re looking for! Self-serve, soft serve ice cream can be found on all four ships and is the perfect afternoon treat!

Midship Detective Agency – Guests on the Fantasy and Dream can collect clues and solve a great mystery! This is a great family bonding opportunity!

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (3 and up) – Little ones, boys and girls can be transformed at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Makeovers options include Princesses, Pirates, Knights and more!

Storytime with Mrs. Claus – During Very MerryTime cruises guests of all ages can enjoy story time with Mrs. Claus!

Meet Santa – During Very Merry Cruises guests of all ages can meet Santa Claus and be sure that their name is on the Nice List!

Trick or Treat – Guest of all ages can enjoy Trick-or-Treating on Halloween on the High Seas sailings.
(*Children must be 6 months old or one year old to sail, depending on the destination.)

Although you’re on a ship there is so much to see and do on a Disney Cruise!
