Tiki Juice Bar - Dole Whip Review

Disney may be known for magic and Mickey Mouse, but something that can't be overlooked is all of the amazing food that their brilliant chefs, bakers, and cooks put forth.

Some snacks, such as the carrot cake cookie, Butterfingers cupcake, and Dole Whip have what are referred to as cult followings. Well, I have tried all three, and I will admit that they are delicious. Today, though, we're going to focus on the Dole Whip.

Dole Whips are available at both Disney World and Disneyland, but at Disneyland they can be found just inside Adventureland right outside of The Enchanted Tiki Room at the Tiki Juice Bar.  There is also a line for the Tiki Juice Bar inside the line for the Tiki Room.

Even though the regular line may look long, it is worth the wait.

If you've never had a Dole Whip and don't know what it is - it is simple dairy free pineapple soft-serve.

We get the Dole Whip Float, which is pineapple soft-serve with pineapple juice. The double pineapple is delicious, but if you're not a big fan of pineapple or pineapple juice stick with just the soft-serve.

The soft-serve is smooth, creamy even though there is no cream, and refreshing on a hot day. The pineapple juice is also crisp and refreshing. At Disneyland the floats are topped off with a cherry and cocktail umbrella.

This stand is all about healthy snacks. Besides Dole Whips and Dole Whip Floats, fresh pineapple spears and pineapple juice are also available.

Until this past January we had only heard about Dole Whips and never tried one, but now we're hooked. I can't wait have one tomorrow!

Next time you're at Disney World or Disneyland and find yourself wanting a healthy snack don't hesitate to grab a Dole Whip!
